This seat is a goner. They may as well save us the agony and select Frankenputz Completely and totally WRONG.
The dems need 60 to break a filibuster, the republicans do not need 40. If this seat remains empty forever, it will favor the minority/republicans. The longer the legal battle, the easier it is for us to stop obama.
Franken is going to get that seat by hook or crook (likely crook). Bet on it. The ‘Rats always “win” close elections when it comes to “recount”. Just like WA state in ‘04.
