Schock’s ACU rating, 76, is currently lower than McCain’s.
Unless I'm getting names mixed up, I find this extremely hard to believe.
Schock voted yea for H.R. 1586, an ex post facto law (or possibly bill of attainder) that would have taxed AIG executive bonuses at a special 90 percent marginal federal income tax rate. Note that Article I, Section 9 of the United States Constitution forbids the Federal Government from passing such laws (including amnesties), but that apparently has not stopped them from doing so in the past.
Where does Schock stand of the Federal Marriage Amendment?
