Let me guess. Was this Jay Z autobiography coincidentally published by CBS Corporation's own publisher, Simon & Shuster?

No, I wasn’t referring to a particular book or autobiography, and this Simon interview goes WAAAAYYYY back nearly 7 years, which is enough of a shock in that it makes you realize how long these people have been around making their stupid noises. But there are reasons why people appear on these shows, and it would likely be the most crassly commerical tie-ins being exploited. Same reason the same people are on magazine covers every month, month after month. It ain’t just coincidence, or “public service”.
