Pfah. Regardless of what chemical is being used, I can name a chemical that will kill them deader than a wedge, and will never be banned:

automobile antifreeze (ethylene glycol). It is sweet, animals readily ingest it when it is laid out with bait and it ALWAYS causes renal failure.

By the time the animal is dead, it is so far away from any bait trap that it is impossible to prove intent or even the act itself.

Actually, the EPA data sheet, on Furadan, says it is very similar, in effect, to Propylene Glycol:

Ethylene Glycol, propylene glycol, what the heck?

Point taken, the tribe will just move to something else if this poison is restricted.
