Hey, I do not like it that lions are being deliberately poisoned, in Kenya, as a way to protect livestock.

Make ya feel uncomfortable, does it?

One does what one has to do to survive.

Put yourself in their shoes for a minute.

I agree, of course.
I would rather they SHOT the lions, as that would not endanger other animals.
Or, they could set up a government program to reimburse the ranchers for the livestock that is lost.

I am on the side of the tribesmen trying to feed the tribe.

I invite you to go read the CBS blog on this topic. Good grief, they come right out and say that they think lions are more important than people!
