That doesn't explain how the admin of the anti-FReeper website would know the IPs of individual FReepers which is what I thought brytlea's question was.
Then I don't have an answer.

OK. I'm not that computer savvy either but I don't think an outside party can get your IP address that way without some serious hacking tools. Just my opinion.
