Willie is a gun-grabber, without a doubt, and he makes it sound wasn't against the law for Mixon to possess that AK-47.

But after you get past his boilerplate, anti-gun language, he makes some outstanding points.

The only outstanding point on old Willie is atop his little head.

Hmmmm.

So a traditional 30.06 M1 Garand, or 30 caliber M1 Carbine, are ok, but a semi auto CAR15 with the far smaller .223 caliber is not.

Nothing like a reasoned approach to the CRIMINAL misuse of weapons. (sarcasm)

There is no justification for an AK-47 in private hands. Period.

The murderer seems to agree. He did not use an AK47. How many AK47s are manufactured in the US per year Willie?

Willie my dear, you know nuttin. What have you, Willie, ever done to rid the community of gangs and their racist violence? Same answer, nuttin.

To restate the obvious ad nauseum: the problem ain't guns, it is the miscreants and felons (as once shown as an example in this case) who are allowed on the streets and use them. This guy should have been shackled and behind four foot walls with razor wire perimeter and not on the street with so much as a paper clip.

Instead the liberal judges and electeds in California (including and especially Jerry "the joke Jesuit" Brown, now AG), have appeased and tolerated gangs and their ilk and now we have cops murdered because of your policies. Get out!

Bull$hit! There's a perfectly good reason for law abiding citizens to have AK's and it has nothing to do with hunting, sport or even personal protection. It is to guard against a tyranical gov't and it's spelled out in the constitution, the federalist papers and many other docs of yesteryear.

There are already laws on the books against fully
automatic weapons: enforce them!

He’s right. They don’t belong on the streets.

They belong in law abiding citizen’s hands, safes, and gun racks, on tables when you clean them, on your shoulders when being carried or in people’s arms, etc.

On the street? Not good for the weapon.

There's nothing outstanding about a gun-grabber.
Maybe he'll catch a bullet.

Molon Labe Willie. You don't have the stones to enforce your position.

He is partly correct; assault weapons should remain off the streets and in safe storage until we need them to take the nation back. That may be rather soon.

"Certainly one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. This is not to say that firearms should not be very carefully used, and that definite safety rules of precaution should not be taught and enforced. But the right of citizens to bear arms is just one more guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved to be always possible"

Senator Hubert H. Humphrey (D) Minn.

Hey Willie, he went 2 for 2 with a pistol before he even got the rifle. You need to correct your statement.

"There is no justification for an AK-47 in private hands urban police department to require a written statement from an officer any time he takes his pistol from the holster. Period.

Perhaps if those officers had not been discouraged by departmental policy from drawing their weapons they'd be alive today.

You've got to execute on the basis of what you believe will make it safe, and you've got to be prepared to take the heat.
OK, I believe if more people carried we'd be a lot safer and bad guys would be a lot deader.

We didn't have Eric Holder as attorney general. We didn't have Barack Obama as president.
I see, the color of the skin is what makes all the difference. MLK Jr. might disagree.

We're past the time when people weren't being served at lunch counters because they were black.
Today, you might not make it to the lunch counter in places like Oakland without getting jacked, or worse.

Willie Brown is an idiot. As long as the government has weapons, the people damn well had better have them as well. It's the only tool we really have to secure our freedom.

Of course, the left doesn't like weapons in the hands of the people because they don't like freedom.
