My doctor has informed me that my blood pressure is much too high and we need to get control of it. I therefore have chosen not to watch any of these slanted morning shows for fear that even the sight of mccain would burst an artery and I would have to be rushed to a hospital where I may be refused treatment because I am over the cut off age for my obamma/clinton universal health care program to cover and my liquid assets were above the maximum level allowed by the Frank/Dodd bill and had to be taxed at 90% leaving me with allowable universal earth-currency of 7 per week not near enough to received my allotment of aspirin carbon footprints. I will now shut my computer down for a hour( I cheated last night and watched Villanova beat Pitt)

I don’t think we’re going to get anywhere until some of these political pains in the butt start coming out and saying that this guys plans for this country are just flat out insane.
They are and no one says so.

“They are and no one says so.”
Hence my new tagline. I came up with it talking to a bunch of like minded Conservatives yesterday waiting for Mark Levin to sign my copy of his book.

McCain has mastered the art of talking in a boring drone that causes one to simply not listen.

You might have time to read this article from the Weekly Standard, if you have cut back on TV viewing. It is a terrific expose' of the real Obama.
President Hamlet
I suspect that Obama was as disappointed in himself as we were--and even more puzzled. He expected that his bold words would produce bold action. Instead, he finds himself appointing committees of graybeards to study at leisure the very Gordian knots that his snazzy executive orders were meant to slice through. None of us--not even those who wanted him to fail--expected this kind of incompetence and inelegance, mirth in funeral and dirge in marriage.
---snip---
Only Shakespeare could write the mise-en-scène of my lords Summers and Geithner on their knees before the Earl of Dodd, entreating him not to ruin the king's money-lenders with a salary cap--and failing. To our new and unseasoned King Hamlet, it must have seemed like a good idea.

Except for George P. he may be a keeper....
Of course there is another theoretical answer it lies here:

Levin takes out Chuck U.
Rush takes out not so Wild Bill Nelson
Hannity takes out the other NY rat Senator
Kudlow reconsiders and destroys Dodd
And our “hope for change” of the face of the Senate—materializes quickly.

Each new appearance by McCain will give some viewers the thought that Obama “isn’t that bad. Look what we could have had in the White House.”
I am sorry that the RNC elected Michael Steele to be chairman, he is too much of a compromiser - a go along to get along-er.
We need someone with the ruthless single-mindedness of a Terry McAuliffe or Howard Dean.
Until we get closed primaries we will continue to end up with candidates like Golden Ager McCain. I plan to harass the RNC offices with this message.
