Also, Biblically speaking, the "world" is the Creation, as in the world being destroyed by flood in Noah's time. The earth remained. Do you grasp the distinction?
The creation seemed to be the separation of water from the firmament and the flood seemed to be letting the waters in heaven back on the firmament. All that water just beyond the stars you know. So I am not exactly sure of your point.

The word was not used in the manner you perceived, LeGrande. However, you continue to choose to find personal insult, when clearly none was intended, despite explanation as to why you were in error. You have a problem with the English language. It’s sometimes frustrating for you, it seems. But, I suppose that’s understandable to a point, what with popular usage, common usage and classical usage sometimes being at variance. You must get a real headache, trying to understand Shakespeare, let alone the King James Bible, for this very reason.
