Government money for government jobs. This is not a productive line of work, he is offering a service to the homeless. This is paid volunteer work. Mcclatchy thinks we’re all morons, “look we’re creating jobs with the stimulus money” No, your creating paid government volunteer work with our tax dollars instead of giving us tax payers the money back so WE can stimulate the economy. This doesn't address what made California bad for business and hence the unemployment in the first place. Same failed policies and now more money put into production of meaningless and valueless commodities such as this one, which is further waste and redistribution of taxpayer money made from valuable job sectors which are now being stolen by the government and put into sectors that suck giant monkey balls.
