Oklahoma City bombing co-conspirator Terry Nichols is complaining about his diet again — this time in a handwritten federal lawsuit seeking more than $2 million.
He claims the food he gets in federal prison in Colorado violates his religious rights. He also claims the "indifference” of prison officials to his medical needs is cruel and unusual punishment.
Nichols complained that he "is compelled to consume daily those unhealthy dead and refined foods that are abhorrent to plaintiff’s sincerely held religious beliefs causing him physical, mental and spiritual torment, and to sin against God.”
He wrote that he sincerely believes that God created mankind to consume unrefined whole foods. He wrote that he is forced to sin against God by eating refined foods that destroy "His holy temple ... my body.”
He is demanding 100 percent whole-grain foods, more fresh raw vegetables and fresh fruit, a wheat bran supplement, and digestive bacteria and enzymes. He wrote that his religious beliefs and requests "are not absurd, unorthodox, nor costly.”
He wrote he has been dealing with chronic constipation, bleeding and hemorrhoids for more than 30 years.
His complaints about food in the past have angered victims of the 1995 attack who have said he does not deserve special treatment. In 1996, before his federal trial, he refused to stand four times for inmate counts to protest that he wasn’t getting whole-wheat bread. In 2001, before his state trial, he fasted for almost six days to protest his food at the jail.
His 39-page lawsuit was filed in federal court in Denver March 16.
He also complained that because of his conviction for the bombing, prison employees have discriminated against him. He wrote that he has been stereotyped by the Bureau of Prisons, the court and the media as being a terrorist. "Mr. Nichols is not a terrorist,” he wrote.
Since his trials, Nichols has admitted to the FBI, his family, a U.S. congressman and others that he helped bomber Tim McVeigh gather components for the fertilizer bomb and that he helped build the bomb in the back of a rented truck.

My diet is a reasonably healthy one. I consume many of the items he requests.
I hereby volunteer to send him a daily sandwich packed with my SH!T. I feel good that “it” is recycled and this is a worthy cause.

He should have been worm food years ago.
I would suggest he be given as many fruits from the nightshade family as possible...from all members of that family, not just eggplants and tomatoes.
Well, there was the muslim they never caught and then decided never existed in the first place, while no-one had any reason in their wildest imagination to suppose McVeigh had any ties to Muslims...
...then we find out that McVeigh essentially snapped when he was in the Iraq war literally plowing down Muslims, and that he spouted a lot of anti-American rhetoric, which people forgot about by the time we learned about Al Qaeda.
No, I’m not tying McVeigh to bin Laden. But he was getting a lot of similar ideas from similar sources.
Or you can become a "respected" professor of education and pal of a community-organizer-turned POTUS.
I would love to know who “john Doe” that Jayna Davis talks about in her book “The Third Terrorist”. Wouldn’t it floor the left to find out that he was an Iraqi?

Well, the death penalty would have saved him from all this suffering by eating lousy food. How about they blow him up real good? Tell him he’s getting what he dished out to those innocent people he killed.
One of those killed in the Oklahoma City bombing was a retired USAF Major, a gentleman I was priviledge to work with twice during my career. He and I deployed together to the Middle East during the 1st Gulf War. Terry Nichols is still alive while my friend is still dead.
I’d trade Nichols a few loaves of organic whole wheat for some intel.
Me too! The whole thing all the way aroud just stinks. I just don’t buy the way it was torn down so fast something just doesn’t pass the smell test.

It bugs me that McViegh was put to death too quickly, while this scumbag is still alive and suing.

I do not trust either of those agencies but am not convinced they did what there.
I do believe that McVeigh did not act alone and the govt. knows it and covered it up.
I always go back to something the head agent at the downing of the airliner of N.Y. said.”If you knew what really happened here”. Caught himself and the next dy had obviously been brought on the reservation.
I tend to believe that that could easily be true.
