And since the Taep o’dong 2 is a three stage liquid fueled rocket, I’m betting the rocket fuel would be depleted before reaching orbit, the missile slanting in its second stage or even better, the rocket exploding.
Then they’ll have to prep another Taep o’dong 2 at Musudan-ri or Dongchang-ni while the Hawaiian NG and U.S. Pacific Fleet prep up their Patriot, THAAD and shipborne SM-2ER/ SM-3 defenses.
Maybe the Alaskan NG should join in, you know prep up a handful of Patriots, THAADs and an Airborne Laser 747 based at Elmendorf AFB.
