Bob Secter and Andrew Zajac of the Chicago Tribune report that, while researching what went at Freddie Mac during the period White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel served on the government sponsored enterprises board of directors, they were unable to get minutes of board meetings and other information:
The Obama administration rejected a Tribune request under the Freedom of Information Act to review Freddie Mac board minutes and correspondence during Emanuels time as a director. The documents, obtained by Falcon for his investigation, were commercial information exempt from disclosure, according to a lawyer for the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
Freddie Mac executives cooked the books, mismanaged the firm, and ultimately drove it into the ground, costing taxpayers billions of dollars. The commercial information exemption is reserved for private companiesFreddie Mac is by no means a private company anymore.
Wait for the next rigged game or read this and act appropriately.
We'll see on April 15.
Rahm's insubordination is breathtaking.....questions aside about the propriety of doing that to ANYONE, much less the President of the United States. Rahm continually tries to overshadow Obama......arrogantly standing with his hands on hips for official pics---to stand out from the crowd. And sends a message----"you guys will have to deal with me--not Obama."
Agreed. Can you possibly imagine James Baker, Ken Duberstein, Leon Panetta, or Andy Card ever pulling such a stunt with their bosses...? Hell no.
That little episode tells you all you really need to know about Rahm. If he possessed even a modicum of respect for the Office and the individual, he would have refrained from engaging in such juvenile behavior.
And to do that in front of the Speaker and the rest of those Congressional leaders...

That's all we can do until 2010 when we slay their numbers in both houses.
By 2010 ACORN will be fully entrenched in every critical electoral location so that no one other than Democrats they support will ever be elected again. The recently passed "volunteer corps" bill will add 250,000 to their number, all paid for by our tax dollars.
If you think that there will be another fair election in this country, I have a bridge in Brooklyn and oceanside property in Arizona to sell you. There are just too many welfare recipients that can be counted on to always vote Socialist. Along with those wonderful skulls full of mush 20-30 year olds who have been taught that Communism is good and Capitalism is bad.
A real Conservative movement has not appeared yet. Calling or e-mailing your representative means nothing because they just ignore you. Rallies are useless other than to lift the spirits of the participants (they are never reported on in the news, so their message never gets out [think Payne Machine in Mr. Smith Goes to Washington]).
A large coalition of members of Congress needs to step up and loudly shout STOP!. Governors and state representatives need to join in and yell STOP!. A new contract with the American people needs to be proposed, advocated, and fought for. I dont see any of this happening right now. The large majority of politicians and pundits are afraid of the Democrat machine, so the ones that do speak out are said to be an unpatriotic minority.
I do not see a way to stop Obambi via the normal political process. Were in 1930s Europe and the Italian fascists and German national socialists are rising to power promising to run the trains on time and give everyone a job, a house, a car, and anything else their heart desires.
We'll see on April 15.
I'll be at a rally, you'll probably at a rally, millions of Americans will be at a rally, but I doubt anyone other than the participants and posters here will know about it and its magnitude.
It never bloody was.
Erm... no.

Rahm Emanuel’s profitable stint at mortgage giant [Freddie Mac]
The Obama administration is a criminal enterprise. I am beginning to think that a compromised legal past is a prerequisite for a job with the Obama administration. I think that Obama uses the past transgressions to control his staff.
Thanks! It is past time for us to go after Rahm HARD!! Along with the rest of the rats involved in this mess. we need to pull a little Alinsky on them. Target it, freeze it, isolate and destroy it!
I like this open, ethical and ear-mark free usurper administration. Just the kind of change the country needed.
God, we have children running our country. INTO THE GROUND!!
Friends and enemies agree that the key to Emanuel's success is his legendary intensity. There's the story about the time he sent a rotting fish to a pollster who had angered him. There's the story about how his right middle finger was blown off by a Syrian tank when he was in the Israeli army. And there's the story of how, the night after Clinton was elected, Emanuel was so angry at the president's enemies that he stood up at a celebratory dinner with colleagues from the campaign, grabbed a steak knife and began rattling off a list of betrayers, shouting "Dead! ... Dead! ... Dead!" and plunging the knife into the table after every name. "When he was done, the table looked like a lunar landscape," one campaign veteran recalls. "It was like something out of The Godfather. But that's Rahm for you."
Can you imagine if a Republican had said this?!
Simply unbelievable.
That old ratio of 15% of the people can change the direction of the other 85% will once more be tested.
Hope the herd is up to it after the steady diet of crap we’ve been fed for almost a hundred years.
Here’s to success.
WTH??? Where are the REPUBLICAN VOICES????????
