WASHINGTON — Janet Napolitano has a message for Canadians: It's a border. Get used to it.
The new Homeland Security Secretary had only stern comments yesterday about the state and future of the Canada-U.S. border, at a symposium hosted by the Brookings Institution.
Her goal seemed to be to throw a bucket of reality on anyone who hoped that the arrival of Barack Obama's new administration would herald a loosening of new restrictions on cross-border traffic.
The days when Canadians and Americans moved back and forth across the border—“it's as though there's not a border at all,” as she put it— are over. “It's a real border, and we need to address it as a real border,” Ms. Napolitano said, calling on both Americans and Canadians to accept this “change of culture.”

Canada is a primarily white country.
Like the man said: “You can put lipstick on a pig...” Border enforcement is the last thing on the rats mind. This is yet another attempt to get blue dog rats elected. And of course the GOP has no balls to call their bluff or challenge them. Pitiful.
This may be to keep hardworking Americans in the country, not the other way around.
Closing the border, to keep Americans who work for a living from fleeing to Canada after what Obama does to this nation.
What a horrible travesty upon America that Obama is.

It’s too that while she was Governor of Arizona she didn’t share this same attitude about the Mexican border.

Napolitano is turning out to be a total lunatic, as I figured she would be. She’s got her priorities totally backwards!
Got to keep those Canadians out who want to cross the border for free-market medical care. If they keep coming it hurts Obama’s arguments for socialized medicine.

Janet Nappies couldn't protect her portion of the border as guv, so she gets a promotion, and goes out of her way ignore the south and p!ss off the north!!!
