...Indeed.Well, I gotta confess I'm certainly not overly optimistic since what little I know of history doesn't point to a bright future for our Republic. It could be different this time but it would probably be the only exception to the rule we will ever witness.
Tyrants/Tyranny give/s up NOTHING without a fight and I don't think anyone would argue we are not staring tyrants and tyranny squarely in the face. Who do we have to blame for our predicament but ourselves? The People were and are the sovereigns in this experiment notwithstanding the concerted efforts of our would-be masters to convince us otherwise. If this mess is to be cleaned up; if we are to reclaim our position as sovereigns in this equation, we'll likely have to take it.
BTW, in case anybody noticed, I had post #57 removed because it turns out the video was not only foul, but was a piece of parody to boot.
