“White, blue-eyed bankers” have supported the 3rd world for generations, with money from white, blue-eyed Westerners.
Naturally I hope that this openly, flagrantly racist insult against ALL Western nations as well as all white people will be remembered the next time Brazil comes begging for aid and loans, but I won't be holding my breath.
