So, it only affects those in the program, and everyone is required to be in the program... Exactly! They are setting themselves up nicely to be sure no one can stop them. They are doing it swiftly and freely.
You gotta give these people credit, they are positioning all the chess pieces in the right spot and soon ... CHECKMATE!
In the meantime we are sitting around and "interpretting" what they mean.
This is just like the war on terror. Some know the threat is real and want to go on the defensive while some want to discuss the situtations and wait until something happens and the react.

There is a statement (section 6104 or somwhere around there-in the original bill) that said, to the effect, that the powers that be should consider recommendations to make this volunteerism mandatory.
It's just down the road eventually. When will we learn when we give the statists an inch they take a mile.
