There should be a sting operation like this all over America. Why is this courageous girl the only one doing it? Why aren't all sheriff offices mounting stings? They seem to find time to catch speeders on highways, how about catching actual criminals?

she entered the Catholic Church on March 15 of this year

Welcome home, dear.

Through my twenties and early thirties I could pass as a teen, even a young teen. Too bad these stings didn't start until the last year or so.

During my last pregnancy, when I was about seven months along and definitely showing, I gave in to the strangest urge. Planned Barrenhood has a clinic in a shopping center not far off the MSU campus (in MI, PP doesn't perform, just refer). I was cutting through the parking lot and my brain just switched off. I parked, went into the clinic, took a seat and began sobbing. I wasn't faking it, I really wasn't thinking anything, I certainly wasn't considering what women usually have on their minds in a clinic--to this day, I believe God was the master of my movements. So I sat and sobbed. And one at a time, the four or five young women in the waiting room got up, went out to their cars, and drove away. In less than two minutes (it could have been less than ONE minute) I was the only one sitting in reception. PP drone came hurrying out, kind of looking frantically out the window, then asked if she could help me, was I okay, yadda yadda. I asked her for some tissue, took a couple, hiccupped out a "Thanks!" and was on my way.

I've never had anything else in my life happen like that. Can't explain it.

Back in the late '80s, I was involved with an effort to expose abortions clinics and their practice of giving abortions to non-pregnant women. I volunteered with a friend to go to Dallas abortuaries (the ones in Ft. Worth already knew me). We were checked by a doctor before going, fitted with microphones, and took samples of our husbands' urine.

We went to three abortuaries. My friend was given a "positive" test, and they had her on the table for an abortion before she got out of it. Out of 12 women who went to abortuaries that morning, THREE were given positive tests and went as far as almost getting abortions.

The sad part is that I never heard another thing about the lawsuit they were supposed to be working on. :(
