you have a good point but this isn’t really profiling IMO. Its unlawful infringement of Constitutional rights and blatant intimidation and abuse of power.

Its unlawful infringement of Constitutional rights and blatant intimidation and abuse of power. You are of course exactly right. My point was we need something to use in debates, letters to the editor, blogs, talk radio, etc. A hot-button phrase to catch attention.
