1. Treat every gun as if it is loaded.

2. Be sure of your target and what lies beyond.
Possible violation. Apparently has no target in mind.
3. Never point your gun at something you are not willing to destroy.
Possible violation. Again, we can't be sure by the setting does not look like a shooting range or other appropriate environment. 4. Keep your finger off the triger until the gun is lined up on the target.
Clear violation. She is not lined up on the target, but her finger is on the trigger.
Not bad! A danger to herself and others.
She is also very pro-choice, something she made clear on her show tonight.
