Due to the state’s financial problems, I’ve been wondering if anyone looked into the funds collected for the Meathead at 50 cents per pack for many years. In a lock box or general fund?
ALSO the same for the earthquake fund which runs about 700-1500 per year per insured. General fund?

Lock Box...??? ...ROFLMAO...
I can't really speak to the 'Earthquake Fund', if that even exists any longer, but I understand that there were certain 'irregularities' involving certain expenditures of the funds generated by Rob Reiner's Meathead Tax.
Part of the 'irregularities', if I recall correctly, involved portions of the people's money being expended to (politically) advance a later State Proposition which, had it passed, would have inflicted an additional, larger, tax burden (again solely) upon the state's smokers, and provided still more funds/power for the 'commission'. (Reiner had been appointed head of the state commission charged with 'administering' the funds - 'Big surprise')
Again, if I recall correctly, there was another reported 'irregularity' which apparently involved some of Reiner's 'expenses' paid with state tax dollars, which perhaps should not have been paid by 'the people'. ...and I believe he 'resigned' in the midst of some of the above furor.
Last but not least... Thank You for Your Service!!!

I think not. ...If they HAD, the Illegal Aliens would likely not qualify for any benefits. ...America is the Big Piñata.
