No they won't. They have neither the discipline to follow orders nor the intelligence to carry them out. They'll remain what they've always been; criminal predators and thugs possessing IQs in the 70s, unemployable, violent, living for the moment and rotating in and out of prison while siring children during their brief bouts of freedom. They'll contribute nothing to society, only to steal, vandalize, destroy, main, kill and reproduce.
Guys of this type are exactly the sort who were the core of Hitler’s SA.
Their rival, the SS, was composed of much more with-it types, as far as competence goes, anyway.
