Instead of the State picking up the tab, Alaska should charge the individual filing the complaint for the costs incurred by Palin and the State when a complaint is found to be false.
Force them to post a bond in order to file the complaint.
Palin should begin to sue everyone of the individuals filing the complaints.

The problem, if you want to call it that, is that Sarah wouldn't burden the taxpayers of her state with a debt incurred because of these continuing charges.
She has way too much class for that.
