A totally insignificant $ 400 dollars one time tax credit for the year 2009 only which comes to $ 8 a week and only for people making $ 75,000 or less. WOW... This must be the biggest tax cut ever given to us by the smartest, most competent, and most ethical President ever (extreme sarcasm).

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I was told that the withholding rates were changed to give folks the piddly $400 extra BUT that the tax rates haven't changed. If this is true, people will get a surprise next year. They'll find they owe money because enough wasn't withheld.
