This is a rush transcript from "On the Record ," March 23, 2009. This copy may not be in its final form and may be updated.

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, FOX NEWS HOST: Joining us live is Republican senator Lindsey Graham. Senator Graham, the question was put to President Obama whether or not Secretary Geithner should go. He says no. Should he go or not stay?

SEN. LINDSEY GRAHAM (R), SOUTH CAROLINA: Well, I -- it'd be up to the president. Right now, no one's going to go as long as someone doesn't have to pay a price. But if there ever got to be a point in time where this administration had to change policy and had to show the public that we're going to change course, Geithner would be the first guy to go. But I think he's OK. Particularly, what happened today has probably helped him.

I wish we could vote on this. Go, go, go and don’t bother to shut the door as you leave.

“[Lindsay Graham “thinks he’s Okay”]”

Lindsay Graham has probably never met a communist he didn’t like.

Lindsey Graham?

I couldn’t be more impressed if the endorsement came from Meghan McCain herself!

Well Lindsey isn't the only one...Sen. Judd Gregg (R) from New Hampshire stated the same thing on Greta's show last night...guess he needs to go too...

What exactly is this photo? Kennedy and who else? I presume it has something to do with the “amnesty” thing?

Geithner was the clown at the NY Fed who influenced the TARP in the first place, now he's got the public's money to play with directly, not just phoney money he can create out of thin air, actual cash that hard working people had taken from them. Why the hell is the "change" government continuing with the failed economic policies of the past (both democratic and republican)?

The march to full blown socialism continues in lockstep.

To: rabscuttle385; All
Geithner and the inarticulate Gibbs are God's gift to us.

The worse Geithner mucks things up the more we get to call a spade a spade. The problem is regulation, too much of it clouding the market. Markets are risky and no one should be forced to trade in them through tax or regulatory policy.

We need an unabashed return to free markets and aggressive deregulation. Trust is the best medicine, not laws, contracts and regulatory bureaucracies.

Free markets are not the problem they are the solution.

A pack of hyenas laughing about pulling another one over on the American people. What a contemptible lot.
