The EPA is just any other of the governmental institutions of late, full of idiots and whiners and instead of really taking care of the environment, they play politics for their overlords.

If CO2 is a public danger as it contributes to the greenhouse atmospheric effect, why isn't water vapor an even more dangerous output of many processes (including the respiration of humans)?
