This does make the EPA a total joke though. The EPA becomes a public danger. The gov't regulators have always been on the far left fring. Bush kept them in check as much as possible. Pelosi/Obama have unleashed them.

CO2 is food for plants. It is not toxic, in normal concentrations.
The liberal mind is beyond repair.

For the sake of the planet, We shut off our 10 pound C02 tank operating our CO2 Reactor for our 150 gallon salt water reef aquarium and all of our live coral in the tank will begin to die off. Hmmmmmmmm?

As it dies off it releases methane, a far more potent green house gas.
Damned if you do, damned if you don’t...

That would seem to be the goal, after all they have declared a natural substance that is necessary for life to be a public health hazard. The worst part is that apparently we would actually be better off with more of it in the air, not less. What are they going to do next, declare dihydrogen monoxide to be a deadly poison? This is either evidence of insanity or a deliberate attempt to destabilize the nation.

ScienceDaily (Nov. 18, 2008) Water vapor is known to be Earth's most abundant greenhouse gas, but the extent of its contribution to global warming has been debated. Using recent NASA satellite data, researchers have estimated more precisely than ever the heat-trapping effect of water in the air, validating the role of the gas as a critical component of climate change. Trees and other vegetation create a lot of water vapor.

Bathtubs are indeed a great danger but I am more concerned by the threat posed to our young women by high heeled shoes. All over America women are going to cocktail parties and indulging in alcohol consumption while wearing tall heels which often result in falls. We should limit heels to no more than one half inch in height. Those who want to appear taller can wear big hairdos. Besides it is unfair to short men to have women on high heels towering over them and singing Randy Newman lyrics about “no reason to live”.
I thank God that my parents had the foresight to make sure that I grew up to be over six feet tall so that I don’t feel the need to wear high heeled cowboy boots.

The EPA has officially declared that CO2 is endangering the public's health and welfare. I don't know what to do to be a compassionate and concerned citizen for I love my fellow man.
Should I hold my breath?
Please advise.

A finding that CO2 is a threat to public health and welfare also would ratchet up pressure on Congress to enact a system that caps greenhouse gases and creates a market for businesses to buy and sell the right to emit them, as President Barack Obama has proposed. So much for going into business as an individual.
To me, the agenda promoted is blatant and that agenda is NOT an agenda based upon personal freedom.

Newsflash...oxygen is a proven threat to public health...rusts bridges and deteriorates infrastructure...policy remedy needed. P.T. Barnum and "suckers" is synonymous with the Democrat party (liberals) and "crisis".
