Since the US has said it is leaving Iraq, it is a waste of lives and soldier time for the US to stay there. Essentially, it has said that it doesn’t care if it succeeds or not. It is immoral and unethical to consume soldier lives and time on a mission that the nation no longer upholds as necessary.

The nation is wrong when they see that staying in Iraq for longer time is not necessary as the results of us leaving Iraq by August 2010 will eventually cause Iraq to fall under the control of terrorists whether they are Al Qaeda type or Iranian type and in this case we and the whole world will pay a very heavy price.
