hillary and then biden conveniently has to resign for personal reasons. the clintons get what they demanded. she only stepped aside so he could do that “historic black guy” thing under the agreement that he would resign when the b.c. issue became public. then the plan goes as i stated. if oblabo reneges on the deal the clintons will finish it forcefully. (how’s that for a conspiracy theory?);)
