During WW2 we raised a military of 12 million, mainly men. Now if we conscript 18 year old men and women, that number will be atleast 20 million. We had to build barracks and additional forts and installations to house the WW2 army. Today those facilities are closed and torn down. With the ongoing BRAC 2005 we are dropping the number of existing bases further down. So where are all those volunteer kids going to be housed and fed when they do their 90 days or so in barracks and boarding facilities??? Typical BO and fed hasty enaction of policies with little or no after thought.
Once the reeducation camps are up and running there will be a glut of housing available. The neighborhoods where these 0-vopos concentrate will fill their quotas and provide ample quarters. That 3rd Amendment? Just some archaic ramblings long since obsolete.
