No, I heard that too, on the radio broadcast of the inauguration. It confused me. I just assumed it was a mistake on the part of the justice.

This is uncanny. That makes you, me, and one other poster here who all heard the same thing ON THE BROADCAST. The YouTube video doesn't have this peculiar audio--was it scrubbed/edited?

Probably. I didn't think much of it at the time - I know he meant to say "Mr. Vice President". Was likely cleaned up after the fact by the powers that be in the MSM just to prevent confusion among the masses seeing it later.
