Seriously, It's been a while since I've been there so I guess it's changed.
I guess the infestation of gangs is just about everywhere in these United States and we have no one to blame but the group in DC. This crap (for lack of a better word) goes on daily in our country and so what are the people pissed off about? 150 million in bonuses.
Oakland is a very dangerous place with or without the gangs. There's a whole lot of crime goin on there. I've had the misfortune to be there numerous times over the last few years.
