Wyatt’s TORCH is what they meant I think.

From Ayn Rand’s book “Atlas Shrugged”. Ellis Wyatt was a character who would rather burn his oilfields than turn them over to the government. One of the oil field fires wouldn’t go out and it became symbolic for his resistance. Hence - Wyatt’s Torch.
