What difference do the prohibitions contained in the amendment matter if the corps is staffed with ACORN activists and the like in leadership positions? I don’t think it is unfair to assume that whatever form this thing takes upon passage,it can and will be hijacked by those who would elevate Obama to emperor status and neutralize his opponents.
