Rasmussen is reliable, but questions about Obama are ones (I think) many people won't answer candidly, for fear of being branded racists. My point is: no way is Obama’s approval rating even 55%.

If the press were honest with their reporting (ie: actually reporting half of the events) his approval would hit the teens overnight.

Except that’s what we all thought before the elections as well (that the plus voting for Hussein was bogus) and we were disappointed at the results when even traditional red states turned blue.

I recall that argument being used during the presidential campaign, in the end, the polls turned out to be right.
