Haven’t collisions been happening rather frequently in the USN lately? I think this is the fifth such incident I’ve read about, so far. Yes, they do seem to keep running into things....

Let me slip on the tin foil hat. One could suggest that either someone, or some thing is messing with the GPS systems. It could be a natural phenomenon, or it could be someone sending us a message.
I wonder who that could be?
