Naturally it is outrageous and insensitive that he said this. However, I am glad he showed his real prejudice and ignorance and said this on Leno's show. Many more of his worshipers gathered to watch Obama on Leno than those who listen to the real news . Those only watch CBS,NBC, Cnn, MSNBC, ABC would never have heard it.

So, actually, Obama's comment was good for the sheeple because they actually got to hear what he said. They never would have believed it if just told he said that somewhere. They would have said it was just a smear made up by the GOP. This way they actually could see and hear for themselves what a low class he really is. Imagine if Bush had said something like that - even in private! Obama - the uppity flash in the pan, will hang himself, it is just a matter of time.
