(CBS) The president has agreed to appear on 60 Minutes to discuss the most pressing issues of his first two months in office, including the economy, the bailouts, his budget and America's involvement in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Correspondent Steve Kroft will talk to Barack Obama in the Oval Office this Friday in the wide-ranging interview, expected to be longer than any other he has granted since taking office.

Do Presidents ever usually do this, after a month in the White House..Town Hall meetings, Jay Leno appearances, and now appearing on 60 Minutes. This guy just can’t stop campaigning
badum bum tssshhh
The teleprompter will be well rested and suitably tanned.
Excuse me?
When is the campaign over?
How about READING some bills and legislation?
How about some ADMINISTRATION and some WORK?
All he cares about is PR.
I hope they don’t ask him what Supreme Court decisions he doesn’t agree with or what he reads..well, we already know what he reads..Rules For Radicals by Saul Alinsky, perhaps they can ask him about that warm and fuzzy book
Only ONE channel for the One?
Not enough. Maybe 30 or 40. Glad I don’t have a TV, ‘cuz this bozo seems to be on 24/7.
Perhaps Congress can stimulate the economy by creating CSPAN-P1,2,3,4...
Or mail out photos of Obama to those of us without TV, so we can tape it to a cardboard box and see what everyone else is seeing all the time!
“There will be no unexpected tough questions for their god.”
Obama is really starting to remind me of Blagovovich when he kept coming out every day and saying the same thing over and over and over! And he just couldn’t keep his mouth shut even though everyone was trying to get rid of him!
Great line.
I hope he announces that all American’s will receive his “Little Blue Book”..........
So it’s Dem interviewing another Democrat? Pass. Will Steve kroft ask for his autograph when interviewing?
He is a Total Sycophant.
he is getting desperate. always out there trying to keep the wool pulled over our eyes.
When will he be debating Rush, and appearing on Mark Levin’s show?
just give this guy his own channel and get it over with.

No kidding! It’s beyond sickening.
He's pre-empting American Idol next week too. It's a never ending campaign with this guy.
And then on Tuesday night he’s addressing the nation and bumping American Idol to Wednesday—the nerve!
If he has his teleprompter in tow, this will not be worth watching. Actually, it does not matter, teleprompter or not he is not worth the time.
1) Are you and your family comfortable in the White House? Are there enough televisions?
2) Where will you go on your summer vacation?
3) Are you getting enough rest?
