Wasn't that a Steve Martin routine?
"You can be a millionaire and never pay taxes! You ask, 'Steve, how can I be a millionaire and never pay taxes?' Simple. First.....get a million dollars. And then....when the tax man comes to the door, you say, 'I forgot to pay my taxes'".
It loses something in the translation.
I thought for sure there would be a youtube video of that particular routine but I couldn't find one.
