A lot of the stuff isn’t put on air: I’ve given them hundreds of screwups, but we only take the most obvious and damaging. And clearly, ANY book will have a few errors. I just got a note that in our “Patriot’s History of the United States” we called Lincoln’s bodyguard “Porter” when his name was “Parker.”
I’ve been meaning to ask you, I do not remember the names, but many mistakes you point out are from the same publisher.
Is it because this publisher is that bad, or so few companies publish textbooks?
