Wasn’t that actually a law. I know Bush made it so difficult that almost none went through the program.
Can Obama just rule the law invalid? I know he could play games with how it is carried out like Bush did but that is different from just ending the program.
It doesn't matter in the sense that it was the unknown of a pilot possibly being armed.
Now that unknown will be no more.
