It doesn't work that way. Nothing a parent does can renounce a minor's US citizenship.

Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

obama was a british citizen until I think it was 1982 and he placed that on his campaign website. How old was obama in 1982?

Or was obama's mother able to put her son in school in Indonensia by allowing Lolo to adopt him under his delayed birth certificate filed in the U.S.? Nothing was computerized then. Two different citizenships could allow for many possibilities.
