I suspect that Obama will not take the legislative route to accomplish this. More likely, he will whittle away via "executive orders". And one day you wake up to the same results.
These people are the undisputed masters of incrementalism. And Republicans are the undisputed masters of being suckers.
Actually, there's another name for what most Republicans have been lately (rhymes with wussies and 'meow' related). Sarah Palin excluded, of course!
