In an Appeal Court test case he ruled that the welfare of children should not be put at risk because of the 'honour' idea held in some Muslim families.
The judge added: 'Arson, domestic violence and potential revenge likely to result in abduction or death are criminal acts which will be treated as such.'
The case, involving three children of a Pakistani family who were removed by social workers and taken into care, is the first childcare case touching on honour issues to reach the level of the Appeal Court, which sets precedents to be followed in other courts.

Well, at least there’s one judge in the UK with some sanity left. I hope he has ‘round the clock protection as the followers of the “religion of peace” won’t take kindly to being mocked in such a manner.
“Senior judge condemns use of the word ‘honour’ to describe abuse and murder within Muslim families”
ok so we’ll use the word ‘honor’ instead.
Keep these lunatics out of civilized nations. Let them fester and rot in their 7th century nations that match their 7th century Muhammad cult
There's a few positive things here, that I hope foreshadows a better future for the defenseless victims. The woman of the murdered child was removed and given secure shelter by police and social workers, and the children, though subsequently injured (I'm not sure anyone could have predicted the twisted animalistic revenge on them) were removed to a non-Muslim family.
Those kids need to kept out of the Muslim community, permanently, and both parents need to have the book (as lenient as that may be in Britain) thrown at them.
How insensitive of this judge! If the Archbishop of Canterbury has his way, such cases would be referred to Shariah court...
Let them come only if they are willing to renounce their system of hate and injustice.
This has to be verified. I don't trust statements from such people
Muslims lie to the infidel foe sport
