Check the constitution of Kenya, Chapter VI. He was granted citizenship on December 11, 1963 because his father was a citizen. He lost it on August 4th, 1981 when he failed to renounce his U.S. citizenship.
You can doubt Berg all you want, but at least he has an affidavit of the guy who interviewed granny as well as the tape of the conversation.
And the affidavit says the interview was conducted in Swahili, which she apparently doesn't speak.
Oh, but since he (or anyone else, apparently) doesn't have standing, the courts won't get to listen to such evidence about your hero.

Are there any records from say Occidental or Columbia which would verify your statement and show him as a US citizen student?
