The whole world knows Obama, is as weak as water. Well, 'water can be soft; but never weak'. It IS the 'gentle and yielding' but it can define a mountain.
Think Obama does embody both aspects here. While deceptive in it's cultivation; his 'gentleman's posture is quite 'winning'. His 'will to power', however; cannot be underestimated.
