Blaming this on the Democrats when the Republicans had Congress and the White House is rediculous. There were Republicans on those Committees. What were they doing? Sleeping? The Republicans are just as guilty as the Democrats for not dealing with this, which is why they don't take advantage of the Barney and Maxine show.
