http://defendourfreedoms.us/ apparently a clerk was blocking paperwork. If the clerk did this it is huge! Justice Roberts claimed he didn't know about this. It is also possible that they want the case to be procedurally perfect for future precedent.

When watching the Inauguration January 20 (on live TV), when Biden was being administered the oath of office by Justice Stevens, I could have sworn Stevens said afterwards, "Congratulations, Mr. President." However, in other videos of this (on YouTube), Biden is saying "Thank you, Mr. Justice."
