There is some crazy stuff in this bill.

I read this section alone and could not believe it. They are talking about everyone volunteering - and starting programs in elementary school.

“(5) The effect on the Nation, on those who serve, and on the families of those who serve, if all individuals in the United States were expected to perform national service or were required to perform a certain amount of national service.”

Exactly. It is almost unreal. I want to highlight this Section in the Bill you noted above. It has very strong UN-Democratic language..."were expected to perform,"... Could you please provide me with a reference Section where you found this? Thank you so much.
