PING lists are simple. You collect screen names as people request to be added. For example, any one who asked on this thread to be added, if a list exists. You can start with that and add as requests are given.
I took over the Mark Levin Show ping list, I didn’t have to start from scratch. But it isn’t hard to do it that way.
My ping list is kept on a wordpad document. I just add names with a ; in between each name. When I need to ping, I just copy and paste a message into that thread.
